Start with a diamond or a setting
Most custom pieces start in one of two ways:
 Start with a loose diamond — in all shapes and weights. Choose natural or lab-grown, and we will build the
piece around it.
 Start with a semi-mount — Browse our large selection in store and pick the style you like, then choose the
diamond to go in it.
Not sure where to start? Come in and look. Seeing the diamonds and settings in person makes the choice much
easier.
How custom work works
1. Tell us your idea. Visit the showroom or call us and describe the piece you want — the style, the metal, and
the stone you have in mind.
2. Choose your diamond and setting. Pick a loose diamond, natural or lab-grown, and a semi-mount from our
selection — or have a setting made for your stone.
3. We design and make your piece. Our jewelers create your jewelry with care, based on the design you
approved.
4. Pick up your finished piece. A one-of-a-kind piece, made for you — ready to wear or to give.

Broken chain, loose stone, or a ring that needs attention? We do jewelry repairs, too. Bring your piece in and we
will take a look and tell you what it needs.
